Dr. Kimberley J. Mahoney

Dr. Mahoney brings over eight years of high-level clinical experience to every patient she sees, and it shows. There’s a confidence and ease to how she works that only comes from consistently handling cases at the top end of what general dentistry involves.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Memorial University in Newfoundland and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. From there, she finished an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at NYU Langone in Brooklyn, one of the most rigorous programs in the country. Her clinical range is exceptional: complex restorative cases, complete smile makeovers, same-day crowns, advanced endodontics including retreatments and apicoectomies, and oral surgery. If it needs to get done, Dr. Mahoney can handle it with the kind of skill and thoroughness that keeps patients coming back.

She is CBCT trained and pursues continuing education across a wide range of disciplines, because staying current isn’t optional here; it’s how we practice. As an active member of the regional Spear Study Club led by Dr. Moghadam, she holds herself to the same high standard as the rest of our team. Patients consistently say she takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Dr. Mahoney listed “dentist” as her aspirational career in kindergarten, and she’s been chasing that goal ever since. Born and raised in a small town in eastern Canada, she’s now a proud Easton-area resident, married to a Jersey guy (the two of them met in Thailand, a story she’s happy to tell). Outside the practice, she loves hiking, camping, and skiing with her family, is busy introducing her young son to all of the above, and reigns as the undisputed champion of family board game nights.
