Operation's Manager

Tina’s role touches every corner of the practice. She also leads continuing education efforts, produces marketing content, manages our 3D printing workflows, and serves as our OSHA compliance officer. Tina is dedicated to keeping the office operating at the highest level — so we can focus on what matters most: you. Born and raised in Bergen County, NJ, Tina has called the Lehigh Valley home since 2007, where she lives with her husband and three daughters.

Patient Experience Coordinator

Gabriella is a graduate of Temple University who hopes to attend dental school. Born and raised in Queens, New York, she now calls Easton, PA home. She was drawn to dentistry because it lets her combine her passion for STEM with helping patients improve their health, quality of life, and confidence. Watching dental implants transform a family member’s life showed her firsthand how much dentistry can do. Gabriella loves patient interaction and learning new skills as the field evolves. Outside of work, she enjoys workout classes, beach trips, and time with family and friends, along with her two Yorkies, Rocky and Sophie.

Rebecca

Financial Coordinator

Rebecca found her way into the dental field by accident — a single Facebook comment led her into a career that’s now spanned 10 years in insurance and revenue support and is still growing. Originally from Plainfield, NJ, she now lives in East Bangor with her son and three cats. Everyone dreads dealing with insurance, and that’s exactly why Rebecca loves what she does — she takes that stress off her patients’ shoulders and fights to get their claims paid. Looking ahead, she’d love to run her own business one day, and dreams of having a farm. Outside the office, Rebecca enjoys movies, playing games with her son, and baking.

Dental Assistant

Mel serves as our Lead Dental Assistant. She was born and raised in Allentown, and she graduated from Lehigh Carbon Community College with a degree in Health Science. While attending college, Mel worked as a server at Texas Roadhouse, advancing her excellent ability to multitask and strong work ethic, which she now applies as our team member. Along with her other responsibilities, Mel tracks practice inventory, as well as helps to onboard new Dental Assistants joining our growing team. Outside of work, Mel enjoys taking her German Shepherd, Kilo, on walks and vacationing with her family in Wildwood.

Anna

Dental Assistant

Anna has been working in the dental field for over 25 years. She began her career as a Dental Lab Technician, and Anna’s passion and interest in Dentistry motivated her to complete further training and many certifications. Anna has been an Assistant at College Hill Dental Group since 2015 and she is an integral part in allowing us to provide many great services to our patients such as same visit denture repairs. Anna lives in Easton with her husband and daughter and whenever she can, Anna loves to be outdoors. 

Fermiary

Dental Assistant

Fermiary serves as one of our dedicated Dental Assistants and is a graduate of the Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting. She is entrusted with providing help for many different dental procedures, as well as ensuring all instruments and items are ready and available for such. Fermiary was born in the Dominican Republic and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She currently resides in Allentown, and in her free time she enjoys cooking all kinds of meals.  

Hannah

Dental Assistant

Born and raised in Easton, PA, Hannah is proud to serve her local community as a dedicated dental assistant. She graduated from Easton Area High School in 2023 and went on to complete her dental assisting education at Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting, graduating in 2024. Passionate about patient care, Hannah enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visit. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family, taking long walks with her dog, and crocheting. A book lover at heart, she also enjoys unwinding with a great read.

Heidi

Dental Hygienist

Heidi earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Northampton Community College in 2023, choosing to pursue dental hygiene because of her strong desire to help others maintain optimal oral health and improve their overall well-being. A Pennsylvania native, Heidi was born and raised in Bucks County. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her two cats, Cleo and Toast. She also loves traveling and hiking.  

Stephanie

Dental Hygienist

Native of Northern California, Stephanie moved to Pennsylvania in 1990. A graduate of Northampton Community College, she earned a certificate in Dental Assisting and an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1994. She is currently attending Montgomery County College for a certification to administer Anesthesia. Stephanie loves spending time with family, especially her Granddaughter. She plays in a golf league at Green Pond Country Club in Bethlehem and enjoys playing ice hockey and plays in a league for the GHL. 

Emily

Dental Hygienist

Emily is one of our wonderful Dental Hygienists. Oral hygiene is of utmost importance to Emily, and she ensures that our patients gain a strong understanding of how they can implement certain techniques to fully care for their teeth. Emily was born and raised in Nazareth, and she still resides there. She is a graduate of Northampton Community College. In her free time, Emily likes to go to the drive-in movie theater, and she thoroughly enjoys anything to do with “cheesy romance”! She also loves to spend time with her 2 cats, Max and Lily.

I’m a long time patient here, and this is my first time writing a review. Even though I now live over an hour away, I make the trip. My hygienist, Emily, is very thorough and has a reassuring and very gentle touch. She’s just delightful. Dr. Dave has done fillings and two crowns for me, and the crowns are fabricated onsite – no temporary crowns needed! I had a tooth in need of a filling, and today, with no warning, Dr. Dombrovskiy was able to perform the procedure right after my routine cleaning and checkup. He even called me a few hours later to check on how I was feeling. The entire staff is very helpful and super friendly.
